Taking up the sixth slot in the PBB house is the 18-year-old Filipino-American Kevin Fowler. Dubbed as the “Dreamboy of California,” Fowler is set to prove how much of Filipino blood is running through his veins. An 18-year-old student who has lived in Japan, Italy and the US because of his father’s job. He has been a victim of bullying because of his race but he stood above it as his family’s love made him tougher.
